Eleanor Dinardo

Co-President

Ellie is the Co-president of TWIB, and delved into finance at IBM this summer for her internship. She also serves as Co-head of corporate finance on the GFA board. When not in the finance world, she’s on the soccer field, exercising, hanging with her dog, or watching whatever sports game is on. Originally from Pittsburgh, she’s your go-to for all things Yinzer life!

Apeksha Bhambhani

Co-President

Apeksha, hailing from India, is currently advancing through her second master’s degree at Tepper School of Business, where she’s immersed in Strategy, Operations, and Technology. Before starting her journey at Tepper, she excelled as a Senior Manager of Product and Operations at an Edtech firm in India. She joined Amazon for her summer internship, deepening her expertise in Product and Strategy. When not strategizing over case studies, Apeksha keeps the energy high and stress low by hitting workouts at the Tepper gym or joining the lively group X sessions at the Cohen Center. For her, fitness is the perfect counterbalance to a demanding academic schedule!

Monica Paluri

Vice President and Finance Chair

Originally from India, Monica’s journey has been a fascinating blend of science, technology, and a burning desire to lead in the business world. After a successful career working with data, she’s now at Tepper, eager to explore the other side of the equation. Beyond academics, where she’s also the Academic Chair of the Graduate Business Association (GBA), Monica enjoys unwinding with delicious home-cooked meals and podcasts on wellness, health, and lifestyle. Haripriya Gopal

Early Inclusion and Engagement Chair

Haripriya is TWIB’s Early Inclusion and Engagement lead! She is also on the PBC board as VP of Team Management. This summer Haripriya interned at Plateron focusing on development, operations, product management, and analytics. Some of her hobbies include dancing, exploring Pittsburgh, and trying out new recipes/food. Her advice for incoming students is to use business school as an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone while having readily support available, and remember to have fun!

Tanya Mishra

Marketing and Social Media Chair

Tanya worked at Grant Thornton and ZIGRAM (SaaS-based startup) in Delhi, India before joining the Tepper MBA program. She is also the President of the Graduate Entrepreneurship Club. This summer, Tanya was in California, interning with ServiceNow in a Business Strategy role. She is pursuing the Tech Strategy and Product Management track (TSPM). Her favorite course at Tepper has been Acting for Business (10/10 recommend).

Tanya likes to listen to audiobooks, travel, and drink coffee. Originally from Delhi, India, she loves cooking Indian food.

Krupa Patel

Marketing and Social Media Chair

Krupa is TWIB’s Marketing & Social Media Chair. This past summer, she spent her time at Nvidia in Santa Clara as an MBA Intern. Krupa is also on the Auxiliary Board for the Tepper Business & Technology Club and will be helping to organize the Tech Innovation Challenge this Fall (be sure to check out this amazing and insightful event!).

Outside of work and school, Krupa spends her time de-stressing at the gym, painting/drawing, traveling, or binging her favorite thrillers & horror TV shows. Her main advice to incoming MBA students: take advantage of Tepper’s various clubs, activities, and events. Try new things and build lasting relationships, because your time here goes FAST!

Vaishnavi Merugu

Community Engagement and Service Chair

Vaishnavi is the community engagement and service chair at TWIB. She is also the VP of Marketing at SABA. Vaishnavi was in Seattle this summer, interning with Amazon as a senior product management intern. Her favorite course at Tepper is Marketing Research.

Vaishnavi likes to travel, run and listen to podcasts and audiobooks. She also likes to try out new recipes and food.

Hannah Messinger

Alumni and Corporate Relations Chair

Based in Philadelphia (go birds), Hannah is an online hybrid student entering her last year at Tepper. During her first two years at Tepper, she‘s been an ongoing board member for TWIB, a Tepper ambassador, a junior board member for Net Impact, a passionate member of the Pro Bono Consulting Club, a TA for Professor Woolley, and she held a position with the part time Graduate Business Association during her second year. As a part-time student, she works full-time supporting Corporate Affairs at Mars Wrigley, makers of M&M’S, Skittles, Snickers, and more (what she describes as the happiest job on earth). In her free time, she’s traveling, spending time outside with her mini goldendoodle, or jumping into a fitness class.

Anshika Singh

Alumni and Corporate Relations Chair

This summer, Anshika interned as a Business Development Intern at Aflac, diving into regional marketing and sales while brainstorming creative ways to boost their market presence. When she's not working, Anshika is busy painting, knitting, or swimming. She also loves spending her weekends at farmers' markets or picking her own fruits on a farm. Anshika is so thrilled about the exciting TWIB events ahead! Stay tuned for a year filled with fun and frolic!!

Surbhi Mantri

Community Engagement and Service Chair

Surbhi is the TWIB Community Engagement & Service Chair. She has seven years of professional experience working at the intersection of technology and banking systems. This summer, she interned with Amazon, focusing on product and strategy. When she’s not working, she enjoys diving into a Jack Reacher novel or experimenting in the kitchen. She recommends that new students take full advantage of their downtime before starting at Tepper. The journey at Tepper is full of opportunities, so she encourages everyone to give their best effort.

Darshini Chilakapati

Personal and Professional Development Chair

Darshini is the Personal and Professional Development Chair at TWIB. This summer Darshini was in Pittsburgh interning with BCG as a Summer Consultant. Outside of work Darshini likes to read, travel and explore new cuisines.

Caroline Campbell

Personal and Professional Development Chair

Caroline is originally from Indiana (Boiler Up!) and spent her summer in consulting at Deloitte Strategy & Analytics in Chicago. Caroline serves as one of the VPs of Professional and Personal Development, and is so excited to help support TWIB this year. In her spare time, she is involved with Tepper Consulting Club and Out&Allied. She also loves to run, hike, bike, try new coffee shops, and cook!

Chase Diehl

Ally for Gender Equity (AGE) Chair

This year, Chase is one of the Ally for Gender Equity chairs for TWIB. Over the summer, he’s headed to Ford for their Treasury Leadership Program internship. When Chase is not busy, you’ll catch him reading, checking out different coffee shops, or hitting the gym at the Cohon Center.

Michael Zelenka

Ally for Gender Equity (AGE) Chair

Michael has a background in Data Analytics and IT Consulting. At Tepper, he is currently pursuing the Energy and Sustainability track and concentrating in Finance and Operations. Throughout his career, he has witnessed the value women bring to the workplace as most of his mentors have been women. As co-chair of AGE he aims to facilitate an environment at Tepper where all genders feel valued and respected.

Sophia Bazo

Part-Time Liaison

Sophia is the Part-Time Liaison for this year’s TWIB board. She currently works as a Brand Building Purchasing Manager at Procter & Gamble’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sophia is a member of the Class of 2026 and she graduated from Tepper’s UBA program in Spring 2021. Her hobbies include cooking, film photography, screenwriting, and trying out new restaurants in town. She is looking forward to helping strengthen the connection between our the FT and PT students as we make the most of this program!
