Amber Lo

Amber is the President of Tepper Women in Business (TWIB), where she is committed to building a supportive and empowering community for women at Tepper. Before business school, she worked in the luxury and e-commerce space, leading product initiatives that bridged technology and customer experience. Passionate about mentorship and leadership, Amber has always been dedicated to uplifting others - something that made her transition to TWIB a natural fit. Now pivoting into tech, she is focused on leveraging her skills in product strategy and customer-centric innovation to drive impactful change in the industry.

In her free time, Amber loves to run, be outdoors, eat a lot, and paint- always finding ways to balance her love for movement, creativity, and good food.

Divyesha Malhotra

Divyesha is the Vice President of Alumni Relations for (TWIB), where she is dedicated to fostering connections and creating opportunities for women in leadership—especially in technology and other traditionally male-dominated industries. Passionate about mentorship, she has coached and guided over 40 women to land their dream jobs, furthering her mission of breaking barriers and elevating women in their careers.

Beyond TWIB, Divyesha is the President of the Business & Technology (B&T) Club and has a deep-rooted passion for technology and entrepreneurship, having founded her own company in the past and pivoting into product management this summer.

She loves bringing people together—whether through mentorship, community-building, or hosting dinners that spark great conversations. In her free time, she enjoys watching Bollywood movies, college basketball, and Formula 1, as well as playing sports and dancing.

Odira Uluabuike

Odira is the Vice President, Ally for Gender Equity (AGE) at Tepper Women in Business (TWIB), where he leads initiatives to engage allies in fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for women and underrepresented genders in business. In this role, he collaborates with students, faculty, and external partners to drive conversations, workshops, and events that promote gender equity, allyship, and leadership development. Odira also serves as the Vice President of the African Business Collective Club, where he supports initiatives that amplify African business opportunities and foster connections within the global business landscape.

Prior to their MBA, Odira worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at KPMG, advising clients across multiple industries on corporate strategy, market expansion, and financial analysis. Outside of academics, he enjoys volunteering, contemporary art, and traveling to explore new cultures.

Cara Molloy

Cara is the Community Engagement Officer and Part-Time Liaison for TWIB, where she is dedicated to strengthening community ties by fostering connections between TWIB and the local community while also ensuring that TWIB programming and events remain accessible to Part-Time students through virtual attendance options for those outside the greater Pittsburgh area. Cara is also a mother and is committed to being a resource to support other MBA students balancing academics and family.

Cara is a Part-Time MBA student based in Athens, Georgia where she is the Senior Manager of Real Estate Operations for the University of Georgia (UGA). In this role, Cara manages a diverse range of real estate activities including acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio oversight, lease administration, contract negotiation, strategic property development, and financial analysis to ensure alignment and compliance with strategic goals of UGA, Board of Regents, and the UGA Real Estate Foundation, Inc., which is a non-profit organization created to administer assets for the long-term enhancement of UGA.

Cara also serves as the Clubs Officer for the Part-Time Graduate Business Association where her mission is to continue the growth of participation and strengthen the connection between part-time students and the Tepper students-run clubs.

Outside of work and academics, Cara enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, culinary exploration, and engaging in most outdoor activities.

Sehar Sheikh

Sehar is the Vice President of Marketing for (TWIB). In this role, Sehar takes care of the marketing for TWIB, managing their social media presence & content management. She also manages the events from the marketing point of view. She is dedicated to creating a platform for women where they have the resources and guidance to create a future plan for themselves.

Outside of working with TWIB, Sehar is also the president of the Marketing Club and is super passionate about helping students pivot to the marketing field or find resources to help them with their future career growth.

In her free time, Sehar loves to crochet and has been hosting workshops to teach people how to crochet because that brings her happiness.

Athulya Mohandas

Athulya Mohandas is the Professional and Personal Development Chair of Tepper Women in Business (TWIB). A former professional dancer with a background in clinical psychology turned consultant in the Healthcare and Life Sciences space, she is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and building spaces where women and LGBTQ+ professionals can thrive.

Having spent over a decade working and supporting women in crisis, Athulya has dedicated much of her life to empowerment, resilience, and creating pathways to independence. At TWIB, she leads career development initiatives, mentorship programs, and leadership workshops, ensuring members have the tools and networks to excel. In her role at Out & Allied as VP of external Affairs, she focuses on strengthening allyship and industry connections through curated events and partnerships.

Beyond school, she finds balance in reading, dancing, and yoga, always seeking movement—whether in thought, art, or life.
