The Tepper Women in Business (TWIB) Board exists to create a supportive and inclusive community that empowers women in business and their allies to advocate for gender equity, cultivate leadership skills, and drive positive change in the workplace and beyond. Board members are responsible for organizing consistent programming, promoting engagement, and ensuring TWIB’s success within the CMU and broader professional community.
