Allies for Gender Equity

The Allies for Gender Equity program at Tepper is a TWIB initiative that empowers students to become proactive, empathetic leaders who drive meaningful change. By bringing together diverse perspectives on gender, AGE fosters understanding, amplifies voices, and equips participants with practical tools to create equitable and inclusive environments, both in the classroom and in the workplace.

What We Do:

AGE is a launchpad for leadership development, providing participants with opportunities to engage with complex issues surrounding equity, bias, and behavioral dynamics. Through a combination of research, case studies, and real-world examples, participants learn to critically analyze challenges and develop actionable strategies to foster stronger, more inclusive communities.
