Landon graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Construction Engineering. After undergrad, he entered the Army as a Field Artillery Officer, later serving as a Civil Affairs Officer. In between his military career and joining Tepper, he spent a year traveling and as a ski instructor. He is pursuing a career in management consulting.

In between his military career and joining Tepper, he completed a global intelligence fellowship at Coinbase and worked as a trade analyst for the U.S. Department of Commerce. He is pursuing a career in investment banking.
