The MGC Executive Board is composed of five elected officers who oversee the governance, operations, and strategic direction of the Council. They uphold bylaws and standards, serve as liaisons to member organizations, and represent MGC within the broader Fraternity & Sorority Life community. The Board coordinates recruitment and membership development, plans council-wide programming and collaborative events, manages communications, and oversees budgeting and financial processes to ensure accountability, unity, and growth within the MGC community. MGC meetings with delegates and chapter presidents are held biweekly, and elections are held annually.
