alpha Kappa Delta Phi Sorority

Through a variety of philanthropic and social activities, alpha Kappa Delta Phi inspires its members to adopt important values such as leadership, empathy, and ambition. We always strive for excellence.

Since 2003, members have upheld these values through academic success, philanthropy, character development, and solid relationship-building skills. Our members are actively involved in many events throughout the year, allowing them to create lifelong bonds and consistently give back to the community.

We are the Carnegie Mellon University Pre-Associate Chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi Sorority, Inc., an international, Asian-interest (but not exclusive) organization. Since our charter in 2003, we’ve crossed over 200 sisters into our chapter (with one class per semester). Our sorority is committed to the five pillars of sisterhood, leadership, academic excellence, service, and Asian Awareness, and we strive to promote these values in everything that we do.

Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority

We, the sisters of the Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated, strive to strengthen sisterhood amongst women by providing service and promoting cultural diversity to our members and our community, thus securing the bond of kinship for posterity.

Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority is an Asian-interest sorority that was conceived through the notion of an organization that would provide a culturally sound and educationally inspiring grounding for Asian-American women. Although we are Asian-interest, we are not Asian-exclusive.

We are a cultural sorority with an emphasis on service and commitment to giving back to our members’ communities. As the Pi Chapter of Kappa Phi Lambda, we were rechartered on November 2018 on campus and achieved chapter status in January 2023.

Lambda Phi Epsilon Fraternity

Founded on March 24, 2002, the Carnegie Mellon chapter of Lambda Phi Epsilon was established by seventeen men committed to unifying and strengthening the Asian community at Carnegie Mellon University. What began as the Brotherhood of Asian-American Men (BAM) grew into a determined effort to bring ΛΦΕ to campus, culminating in their crossing into Eternal Brotherhood. As a social and service fraternity with Asian-American interests in mind, ΛΦΕ is grounded in the principles of wisdom, honor, and courage and is dedicated to fostering leadership, moral character, and lifelong bonds of brotherhood.

Since its founding, CMU ΛΦΕ has crossed over 140 brothers across multiple classes and continues to play an active role in cultural, service, and Greek life programming. With chapters nationwide, ΛΦΕ provides men of all ethnicities a space to unite around shared values and goals. Built on trust, sacrifice, and an enduring commitment to one another, the fraternity strives to perpetuate fellowship, respect, and Eternal Brotherhood for generations to come.
