About Us
2024-25 TCC Board

Rasika Karve

President

Hi! I'm Rasika and am originally from Mumbai, India. I am a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent) with an undergraduate degree in Business & Economics. Prior to Tepper, I have 5+ years of work experience in risk consulting and corporate finance across projects in India and Atlanta. In my most recent role as a P&L owner for a portfolio of CPG brands, I led strategic initiatives involving new product launches, process improvements and cost reductions. I came to Tepper to build on my business foundations and pivot to consulting, and it has been an extremely rewarding experience! The TCC played a major role in my recruiting journey by providing structured support throughout. I want to pay it forward, contribute to Tepper's consulting legacy and set the future classes up for success. On a personal front, I love to travel, enjoy watching tennis and love to bake!

Eric Kim

VP of Firm Relations

Hey there! My name is Eric.

Born in South Korea, I grew up in Los Angeles before attending Colby College in Maine, where I studied economics and applied math. Prior to Tepper I was a project lead and product manager in the healthcare technology industry. I came to Tepper to further craft my management skillset and leadership capabilities. I'm currently pursuing concentrations in Strategy and Healthcare Analytics. TCC has been instrumental in enabling my connections in recruiting and preparing me for everything I would face during consulting recruiting. Outside of class and recruiting, I love watching hockey, playing the cello, and finding new restaurants to eat in Pittsburgh! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions and I look forward to helping shape the future of Tepper Consulting!

Yash Dubey

VP of Firm Relations

Hello, I am Yash Dubey. Before starting my MBA journey at Tepper, I worked in Strategy Consulting with KPMG, where I solved pressing problems for Government and Public Sector clients and helped them define strategies to improve efficiency & profitability. After four incredible years with KPMG, I joined one of the fastest-growing state governments in India to lead the Digital Transformation initiatives in the state. By putting myself in the shoes of the client, I was able to understand better the challenges that come with executing and implementing strategies that I designed as a management consultant at KPMG, helping me evolve into a better-equipped strategy consultant. I am pursuing the business analytics track and concentrations in strategy, finance, and business technologies. The consulting club has been instrumental in not just helping me navigate recruiting but also building a solid network with my peers and alums.

Nirmal Surendra Mundhada

VP of Corporate Relations

Hi, I am Nirmal. I did my undergrad in India, and my master's from the Chemical Engineering Department here at Carnegie Mellon, focusing on Process Systems Modeling and Optimization. Since then, I have worked in operations for a B2B company and as a part of the leadership team at a retail brand. Most recently, I worked as a strategy consultant for a boutique consulting and investment firm. I came to Tepper to broaden my knowledge and sharpen my business senses. I have a focus on Strategy, Finance, and Organizational Behavior. I serve as the VP of Corporate Relationships and look forward to getting the Tepper students more presence in the consulting world.

Justin Slusher

Hi, my name is Justin, and prior to beginning my journey at Tepper, I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in History and worked in tech as an Operations and General Manager for almost eight years. Realizing my true passion is to engage with diverse problems for a wide range of industries, I pursued consulting and am fortunate to be interning at EY-Parthenon as a Summer Consultant. Being a first-generation college student, I am also passionate about volunteering for various organizations whose mission is to break down socio-economic barriers to education. Outside of work and volunteering, I enjoy being a “dog dad” to my one-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Oakley. We often hit the trails for a hike and enjoy the outdoors.

Henry Thomas

VP of Professional Development

Hey everyone, my name is Henry. Prior to business school, I worked at PwC's international tax consulting practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as in their Lagos, Nigeria office, where I worked with and advised a variety of clients on their tax and accounting issues. I'm a qualified chartered accountant with significant professional experience and a post-MBA goal of strategy consulting. As a current MBA candidate at Tepper, I've been able to share my experience and business acumen within my cohort in the classroom and recruiting journey. I've joined the TCC board to help prepare future Tepper MBA candidates interested in pursuing careers in consulting.

Peter Vannorsdall

I hold a M.S. and B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where my academic research focused on combustion laser diagnostics and sustainable aviation fuels. My hobbies include spending time in Maine, flyfishing, soccer, and running.

Sudhindra Gowripeddi

Hi, I’m Sudhindra. I graduated with a dual degree in Economics and Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology & Science. After graduation, I spent the last five years as a Data Scientist at Cisco. During my time, I worked with multiple clients in Telecom, Banking, IT, and Smart Cities to develop intelligent AI models to optimize their business needs. I also mentored aspiring data scientists across Cisco offices. I came to Tepper to build upon my business acumen and gain broader business skills to move into Consulting. I am an amateur astronomer, and in my free time, I conduct star-gazing events for school kids & college students to promote astronomy as a hobby. I am part of CMU’s Astro club too! I joined the Consulting Club Board as a way to pay it forward for the help and support I received from the club and contribute to the success of future classes.

Louis Yasuhiro

VP of Education

Hi I’m Louis.

After graduating UC Irvine, I have spent the last eight years working in Sales related roles in Manufacturing and Tech, in Tokyo, Japan. Throughout my career, I was in charge of managing accounts and client relationships to maximize revenue from my accounts. I chose to come to Tepper to build on my business acumen, analytical skills, and build my network in the US. I am pursuing the Technology Strategy and Product Management (TSPM) track stemming from my interest in Technology. I feel that my experience with the consulting club has prepared me not only for consulting recruiting, but for many jobs across industries. I joined the TCC board because I think the training the TCC offers is valuable to any MBA and want to continue to offer top class resources for Tepper students.

Andrew DiMeglio

VP of Finance

Hi, my name is Andrew DiMeglio! Over the last five years, I have worked as an operations manager and as an industrial engineer. Both roles required me to exhibit strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in the transportation and manufacturing sectors. The TCC helped me apply my engineering skill set to business problems and pushed me to excel during the recruitment cycle. As a member of the TCC Board, it is my mission to ensure all club members have the resources and support they need to succeed. In addition to the TCC board, I am a part of the Net Impact Club Board and a member of the Pro Bono Consulting Club. I am pursuing the Energy and Sustainability track and have degree concentrations in Strategy, Operations Management, and Communications.

Daniel Adams

VP of Operations

Hey! I'm Dan Adams. I received a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh and have worked in chemical manufacturing for the last 7 years. In that time, I led operations teams as a Production Engineer, ran new product trials as a Process Engineer, and managed/oversaw capital improvements as a Project Manager. I decided that the time was right to pursue my Part-Time MBA at Tepper in order to develop myself as a professional with a skillset extending beyond the highly technical and to investigate new career avenues. Curriculum-wise, I've been focusing on strategy, finance, and analytics-heavy classes in order to capitalize on some of my strengths while still broadening my perspective. The consulting club has been one of the most important resources for me to learn more about the world of consulting and especially for recruitment preparation. I'm very grateful for the assistance that I was offered and hope to pay it forward to the next group of students.
