About Us

Connecting CMU students with the real use of artificial intelligence in business through workshops, skill-shares, and applied projects. The Tepper AI Club helps MBA and master’s students learn how to use AI to do their jobs better—whether that’s in consulting, product management, finance, marketing, or operations. Backed by the Center for Intelligent Business (CIB), the club closes the gap between theory and practice through hands-on learning, real workflows, and guidance from faculty and industry professionals.

Members Benefits

The Tepper AI Club brings together students who want to make AI part of their professional toolkit. Every member learns how to use AI in practical ways—building workflows, speeding up research, and creating value at work. All functions, all levels: Learn how AI applies across roles in consulting, strategy, product, finance, marketing, and operations. Practical education: Master the tools for research, modeling, forecasting, and communication used by today’s leading firms. Cross-campus collaboration: Work with peers from Engineering, SCS, Heinz, and Design to connect Tepper’s business perspective with CMU’s technical depth. Career advantage: Gain visible skills that show up in internships, recruiting, and on the job. Members have access to flagship workshops, weekly peer-learning sessions, and a shared library of prompts, templates, and workflows reviewed by CIB.
