Karishma Kulthestra (Kappa Alpha Theta) - Overall Chair

Serve as the primary student leaders for Greek Sing, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and evaluation.

Set the vision and goals for the event in collaboration with the board, fraternity/sorority leadership, and campus partners.

Coordinate regular board meetings, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timelines are met.

Act as liaisons to campus staff, community partners, and participating chapters.

Oversee the day-of-show operations and ensure all areas (logistics, philanthropy, PR, finance) work together seamlessly.

Sarah Kiefer (Kappa Kappa Gamma) - Overall Chair

Lead all initiatives related to the philanthropy partner, including service projects and fundraising efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with the local philanthropic organization.

Create and track chapter/team service and fundraising expectations/goals leading up to the event.

Develop educational materials to help participants understand the impact of their fundraising/service.

Coordinate the check presentation and highlight philanthropy during the show
Christopher Lessler (Alpha Epsilon Pi) - Logistics Chair

Manage all operational aspects of Greek Sing, including venue coordination, stage management, and technical needs.

Develop the event timeline and ensure smooth execution on the day of the show.

Create and coordinate run-of-show details for the event and be the point person for all day-of logistics

Coordinate with campus departments (e.g., facilities, risk management, production teams) to ensure compliance and safety.

Manage rehearsal schedules, performance orders, and backstage operations.
-
Support participating groups with logistical needs throughout the preparation process.
Bethany Hwang (Kappa Kappa Gamma)- Public Relations Chair

Lead all publicity and marketing efforts for Greek Sing, including branding, social media, and print/digital materials.

Design and execute a marketing strategy to engage the campus and wider community.

Coordinate with participating chapters to promote the event and philanthropy.
-
Manage event photography/videography and ensure post-event coverage highlights philanthropy and community impact.

Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
Kashish Sindhwani (Delta Delta Delta) - Finance Chair

Oversee all budgeting, financial tracking, and fundraising efforts for the event.

Submit timely information to JFC for tier funding allocations.

Renew budget information each fall.

Work closely with the philanthropy chair to track chapter/team fundraising contributions.

Manage ticket sales, merchandise, and any additional revenue sources.

Coordinate ticket software setup

Ensure timely and accurate payment/reimbursement processes.

Fine participating groups should the need arise.
-
Prepare a post-event financial report summarizing funds raised for philanthropy and operational expenses.
