About Us

The Black Business Association is a student-run organization that aims to be the pillar of support for Black Students with the mission to promote all segments of Black culture (African American, Afro-Caribbean, and African culture) cultivating a diverse environment for the Tepper student body.

We have the following objectives:

To support the professional and personal growth of our membership.
To champion inclusion and diversity within business leadership.
To support the efforts to increase enrollment of underrepresented minorities at the Tepper School of Business.
To serve the larger Pittsburgh community through volunteer initiatives.
