About Us

The Black Business Association is a student-run organization that aims to be the pillar of support for Black Students with the mission to promote all segments of Black culture (African American, Afro-Caribbean, and African culture) cultivating a diverse environment for the Tepper student body.

We have the following objectives:

  • To support the professional and personal growth of our membership.
  • To champion inclusion and diversity within business leadership.
  • To support the efforts to increase enrollment of underrepresented minorities at the Tepper School of Business.
  • To serve the larger Pittsburgh community through volunteer initiatives.
