About Us

Accelerate is a co-curricular education center within the Tepper School dedicated to the development of transformative leaders to boldly confront the challenges of the 21st century. We work to offer creative, interdisciplinary solutions that enable our students–future workplace leaders–to be agents of change and value-creators for business and society.

Through a multitude of personal growth pathways, including leadership coaching and rigorous programming that employs both innovative and evidence-based approaches to career and professional development, we illuminate the changing needs of business, and work to develop future leaders who seek to find solutions to problems that matter to society, who live and work at the intersection of technology and humanity.
