  • What makes a place feel like home?

    Home is the smell of chai after a long day in lab. It is hearing your language unexpectedly on campus. It is arguing about the best biryani, missing festival mornings, finding people who understand cricket, parents’ WhatsApp calls, and the strange comfort of shared homesickness.

    IGSA is a home away from home for Indian graduate students at Carnegie Mellon University.
