2025 Tepper Women in Business Leadership Conference

We are delighted to invite you to join us for the 2025 Tepper Women in Business (TWIB) Leadership Conference at the Tepper School of Business in Pittsburgh this February. After an excellent turnout last year, we look forward to further-strengthening professional connections through various networking opportunities and discussions.  (Sponsored by PwC, Emerson, and BCG)

This year’s theme is ‘Authentic Leadership: Building Confidence and Breaking Boundaries.’

We will feature Laurie Weingart, Interim Associate Dean, Masters Programs; Richard M. and Margaret S. Cyert Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory, as our keynote speaker and the first 100 attendees will receive a complimentary copy of her co-written book ‘The No Club: Putting a Stop to Women’s Dead-End Work.’ We will also have the pleasure of hearing personal stories and advice given by Dean Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou during our Fireside Chat!

In support of empowering women, we will also be hosting a Dress for Success drive during the conference. Dress for Success is a global nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Breakfast and lunch are both provided and the conference will conclude with a celebratory Happy Hour Reception over hors d'oeuvres and light beers, seltzers and other refreshments. 

Light appetizers will be provided, and beverages will be available.

$10 to hold your registration spot that you will be refunded for upon your attendance to the event.
