Volunteer Sign-Up & Early Move-in Requests
In order to best assign and support our wonderful move-ins volunteers, we are asking individuals to complete their own Move-In 2023 Volunteer Sign-Up Form. If you are volunteering as part of a group/organization, then you will be able to designate the group/organization name on this form. When assigning buildings, we do our best to keep organizations together. If your organization is interested in serving as move-in volunteers, please send out this application to your organization/group member so each volunteer can complete it.
You do not have to be part of a group to sign-up – all undergraduate and graduate students are welcome!
All individuals should be thinking about their August plans – verifying with employers/internships, vacation plans, ability to travel back to campus, etc. to make sure they can arrive by Friday, August 18 and commit to volunteering on Saturday, August 19 from 7:45 am-4:00 pm. Volunteers who live on-campus can move into their on-campus housing the morning of Friday, August 18.
Volunteer sign-ups are due on Wednesday, July 12.
After Wednesday, July 12, volunteers who live on-campus will not have the guarantee their room will be ready. Volunteers who live off-campus may sign up without concern after July 12.
