About Us

We play quadball and you can too! Inspired by quidditch from Harry Potter, quadball is a unique cross between dodgeball, rugby, basketball, flag football, and track, all while holding a broomstick between your legs. The goal? Score points by throwing the Quaffle through the hoops. Knock out players with Bludgers. Catch the Snitch (which is... a tennis ball in a sock attached to a runner's shorts). It's fast-paced, full contact, co-ed, and totally awesome. We are a CMU club sport and we practice twice a week, and we compete with other teams in the Mid-Atlantic region all year long. Every year, the games culminate to a Regionals Championships where we compete for a chance to play at the national world cup.
