Conference Recruiting & Prep: 2nd Year Panel for 1st Years

Join a group of 2nd-year students for an informal, open Q&A designed to help 1st years feel more prepared heading into upcoming recruiting conferences. The panel will share advice and lessons learned from their own conference experiences, including how to approach recruiting, start conversations with recruiters, navigate company events and career fairs, follow up after the conference, and make the most of networking opportunities.

This is meant to be a candid, low-pressure conversation, so bring any questions you have. Whether you are wondering what to wear, how to introduce yourself, which events to prioritize, how to talk with recruiters, or what you should be doing before and after the conference, the 2nd years are here to share what worked for them and what they wish they had known going in.
