On April 26, 2023, the Fraternity and Sorority Life Governing Councils hosted the FSL Awards. Students, staff, administrators, and advisors from across the university gathered to celebrate the FSL community. The FSL Awards aim to honor both individual and organization achievements throughout the 2022 calendar year. The council officers collected nominations, removed identifying information, and the winners were selected by a vote of their peers.
The FSL team would like to thank council officers Bilal Chaudhry (IFC), Pranathi Birapuneni (PHC), and Suzy Xu (MGC) for their work to plan and host these awards.

"Awards are not the goal. Excellence is the goal, and awards are a byproduct of excellence." - Randy Pausch, Professor of computer science, human-computer interaction, and design at Carnegie Mellon University and author of The Last LectureRandy is a fellow Tartan who left us too soon but provided us with a wealth of knowledge about life and leadership. We recognize many of our chapters are doing excellent work. We hope these awards will inspire your chapter to continue doing excellent work that upholds your values. Our aspiration for our chapters, councils, and the fraternity and sorority life community is to strive for excellence because we know that awards will be the byproduct.
