Mission
The main purpose of the CMU Cypher Club (hitherto referred to as CMU Cyphers) is to provide a comfortable, low-commitment environment for people to share their talents at rapping and hear the work of others. It will also give people an opportunity to give and receive feedback, as well as practice, to improve their own abilities. This club is open to all members of the university community.

All activities and functions of the organization must be legal under University, local, state, and federal laws.
