e Black Graduate Student Organization (BGSO) is a support group for graduate students of color as they pursue academic excellence on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University. Throughout the academic year, BGSO provides graduate students with cultural, academic, and professional support. BGSO inspires its members to be active leaders in both the CMU and Pittsburgh communities. BGSO members represent various ethnic backgrounds and academic disciplines across the CMU campus.
